The house has two shared living areas, one large shared bathroom with bath, and plans for another bathroom as soon as practical. The kitchen and dining areas open out to a pergola and backyard outdoor area with a BBQ. The house has no pets, however would be considered with the consent of other residents.

The room is located at the front of the house, adjacent to the dining room. It features a large window which overlooks the side garden at the front of the home. The room has built in wardrobes. There is air-conditioning and heating.
