There is a spacious and leafy courtyard at the rear for entertaining. NDIS participant will require SDA High Physical Support or Fully Accessible Funding for two residents as well as appropriate funding according to needs.
The villa is fully air-conditioned, appointed with modern kitchen appliances, open plan living and a large bedroom with built in robes and private ensuite to each bedroom.
