2019 Melba Workplace Gender Equality Agency Report Now Available
Our 2019 Workplace Gender Equality Agency Report is now available for download.
Melba is required to submit a report to the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) each year. The WGEA is an Australian Government statutory agency that promotes and improves workplace gender equality and administers the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012.
Melba embraces and supports workplace gender equality and is proud to have women strongly represented not just in our overall workforce, but in senior management roles as well. Our current Executive Group includes 5 women and 2 men, and our Leadership Group consists of 10 women and 4 men. Our Board also has strong female representation (6 out of 10). Further, we are pleased to have a positive track record in supporting staff to return to work after parental leave, another indicator of gender equality.
If you have any comments on the report, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact the WGEA directly.
